For brokers

Evidenced change you can put in front of an underwriter.

You use Priora, nothing else; your client's sites run Permia.

Before the renewal

NowRenewal
A client's readiness ahead of a renewal date, as a sheet lying in the client's folder: three conditions ticked, two still open and labelled so, and under it a desk planner running from a ticked today to a ringed renewal day, with the days between still there to close them in rather than at the renewal itself.

The deductible clauses look for a documented permit. Where your client runs Permia, those permits are on the record.

In Denmark a hot work permit is required by insurers and by DBI guidance, not by statute, and most insurers carry a hot work deductible clause. At renewal the deductible pack is what you hand the underwriter.

For new business you put Priora's risk note beside the submission, and every figure in it carries its source.
