The permit, live, on site, on the phone.
Where the work is witnessed. Raised by the craftsman, signed by the approver, kept by the record.
Spoken into a phone on site
The day
Closes as one signed record
Tap. Sign. The permit is there when work starts, and the record lives on, witnessed as the work happens.
The craftsman raises the permit on his phone, at the point of work. The approver signs it before work starts. Nobody fills in a form afterwards from memory. Permia captures the work as it happens and never asks anyone to describe it later. Capture, never ask. The record keeps every permit ever raised on the site, over time. Permia never stops work on its own uncertainty. Where a condition you set is not met, a certificate that does not match the job for instance, the work does not start until a named person clears it or overrides it in his own name. Only a human declares a hold. When the operator asks what the work actually took, the record has the answer.
Built around how your site actually works, with the export record as proof of what was witnessed, when, and by whom.
Before, during and after hot work, the site knows what is isolated, what is live and what to restore. Alarms aren't free. That adds up.
Tap. Sign. Move on. Your crew's work, proven, without the paperwork.
Where it fits
Permia is the record: the work witnessed as it happens. Huvo is an add-on inside it, for a building with an alarm panel.
- What Permia puts on the record is the act itself: a person doing a job, witnessed as it happens.
Permits in, decisions out.
A roofing firm pays one price for one job at one address, or one price for the year and the whole firm, unlimited jobs. Huvo and Priora are not priced yet; for those, write to us.
Never per person, never per record or photo, never for the report.
