For insurers

Does this submission match what actually happens at this building category?

You use Priora, on the desktop, and nothing else.

What the submission claims

What is witnessed at that category

Never a score. Never a prediction. Never a named site.

A submission on one side, a signed sheet of three claims rising out of the envelope it was sent in, and beside it a printed report on the work actually witnessed at that building category: a row of three halls of one kind with no name on them, a bar chart of seven bars, and the two tags Sample and Aggregate. The two are read side by side, with no arrow between them. No score, no prediction and no named site anywhere in it.

You read the evidence; whether it matches the submission is your call, and so is the price.

A submission tells you what the applicant claims happens on site. What you cannot see from it is the work that actually happens across that building category, and that is what the pool shows you.

The questions on their own

At renewal you can read a record the insured did not write, not only the account they give you.

Priora reads the pool as widely as the question asks.

What you need

  • If you want a submission read against the work witnessed at that building category, you need Priora.
  • If you also want renewals and the portfolio read, you still need only Priora. Priora is not priced yet; write to us.
  • If you only want the deductible pack an insured sends you, you need nothing: it is their own record, never charged.
  • You never need Permia or Huvo. They belong on the insured's site, where the record is made.
