For site operators

What the next shutdown costs, and what my sites can show over time.

You use Permia, Huvo if your site has a panel, Priora for your estate over time.

Bathroom renovation, block C

  • Demolition
  • Hot work on pipes
  • DustCertificate missing
  • Water shutoff
One job on a clipboard, a bathroom renovation in block C, goes into the Permia mark and four real tasks come out of it as slips, demolition, hot work on pipes, dust and a water shutoff, each with a hard hat for the person on it; three of them are ticked and the fourth, dust, has no tick and is labelled certificate missing.

The craftsman raises the permit on his phone, your approver signs it, and it is there when work starts.

Every permit on the site is raised at the work and kept. The record is made as the work happens and stays.

The permit on its own

If your site has a panel, the crew asks you before it works in a zone, you disconnect that zone on the panel and say so, and the brigade has the same context on arrival.

You do not write the proof for a period. You print it.

Priora answers from your own estate, and from the pool when the question compares you with other sites.

What you need

  • If you want every permit on your site raised, signed and kept, you need Permia.
  • If you also want the brigade to arrive knowing what is isolated, you need Huvo, which needs a panel.
  • If you want to know what work took, you need Priora, and the pool compares you with other sites. Viewing your own record is free.
  • You do not need Huvo without a panel, and you never pay per permit.
